  • What Service Does VERSA Ship With?
    We Ship using both Parcel force & Royal Mail services. From time-to-time we may use a different courier service.
  • What Payment Methods Are Accepted At VERSA?

  • How Do I Best Care For My VERSA Pieces?
    -We recommend washing your VERSA pieces on a cool 30 degree wash inside out and allowing to dry naturally. Do not tumble dry. -Cool iron on reverse.
  • How Long Will It Take For The VERSA Team To Respond To My Query?
    Due to high volumes of enquires please allow up to 48 Hours for Team VERSA to respond. Sending multiple messages can cause significant delays to both yours and other enquiries so please only email once.
  • What Are Your Christmas Delivery Dates?
    Based on the information provided by our couriers and taking into account scheduled upcoming postal strikes our recommended last delivery dates for Christmas Delivery are: ​ UK Standard Delivery (2-3 Days) Orders to be placed by 3pm on Monday 19th December 2022 UK Express Next Day Delivery Orders to be placed by 3pm on Tuesday 20th December 2022 Please Note - Outside of these dates we are unable to guarantee delivery of orders in time for Christmas. Unfortunately at the present time these dates are only applicable to orders within the UK.   • How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?
    Orders are shipped Monday- Fridays excluding bank holidays. Standard delivery takes between 2-3 Working days
  • Do I Have To Sign For My Delivery?
    Yes, most of our nominated couriers require a signature on delivery.
  • How Much Is Shipping?
    - Within the UK: Standard 2-3 Days Delivery: Free Next Day Delivery: £6.99 Orders for Next Day Delivery need to be in before 3pm (Mon-Fri) otherwise will be sent out the following day. - Europe: Start From £9.99 - ROW- Start From £25.00 International orders maybe subject to local authority import taxes and custom duties.   • Customs and Tax
    -Duties and Tax are not applicable to any UK Orders. -However if you are ordering from Europe, The US or ROW please note you may be subject to additional duties and tax charges. We are unable to predict or control these charges. For further information please contact your local customs office before placing an order.
  • What is Your Returns Policy?
    If something isn’t quite right and you need to return your item, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order. All items must be returned in an unworn and unaltered condition, along with original tags attached and packaging. - To find out how to return, please follow steps highlighted in the ‘How to return my items’ section.
  • How Do I Return My Item?
    Firstly, please email support@versaapparel.com if you are going to return an item. You can return your items back to us via your chosen courier/postal service. We advise you to use a trackable service and retain proof of postage for your records as we are not liable for any items which are lost in transit. This includes Duties and Taxes paid on delivery.
  • How Long Will It Take To Receive My Refund?
    Refunds will take up to 10 working days and once accepted and processed, will be credited to the account via the original payment method.
  • Can I Return A Sale Item?

    We do not offer exchanges. If you require an alternative size/Style or colour, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and repurchasing.

  • Can I Modify My Order Once It’s Been Placed?
    -We want to get your new threads to you as quickly as possible; therefore once the order has been placed we are unable to make any amendments.
